Names of actors are changed to different incorrect ones

I've just uploaded and correctly identified the actors in the image but checked back a few days later to find the actors credit has been changed to a random actor from another show who doesn't bear the slightest resemblance. There's no report button so I thought i'd bring the issue here and hope to see it resolved.

Can you post the profile in question please and verify which uploads are incorrect? I will look into this matter.

Both have been corrected. For future reference, he is Patrick Carroll V (we use the same Roman Numerals as IMDB).
