I think they both have firmware that prohibits any screen capture technology. Don't know of any way around their security measures. Have you checked the database for official screen captures and stills? We have a large assortment of both Netflix and Disney titles.

In default, Netflix uses copyright protection to prevent this, so you have to circumvent it.
