Promo stills and behind-the-scenes photos aren't visible to the public - these were hidden several years ago after a revamp of the website. The site uploads faster with just publicity stills visible.
Once a user/new customer signs into MSDB, they can view these photos.
Your photos haven't gone anywhere. They are still here and credited to your account.
